This initiative alone made a great impression on us. The most amazing thing was that the technician gave us the various choices for branded openers and accessories, estimated our own needs, and made creative suggestions. He really attracted our attention and made our life easier. We also liked that he didn't put pressure on us and just told us to call him whenever we are ready. Excellent customer service!

Immediate garage door clicker replacement

We lost our garage door clicker. It was probably somewhere in the house or in the yard but we couldn't find it and called Garage Door Repair Hilliard. What we appreciated the most was that one of the techs came right over and brought us a universal garage door opener remote. It was the best solution until we decided on which remote to get. Although it was kind of late in the evening, he took the time to inform us about the new remote controls and which ones will be compatible with our opener. The service was incredible and the tech polite!
